Head of Revenue

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Head of Revenue to join our leadership team and drive our revenue growth. As part of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our revenue streams, leading our sales and marketing teams in implementing, optimizing, and experimenting with Truum’s revenue strategies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate needs into refined revenue growth strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including sales and marketing plans.

  • Oversee the integration of data analysis in our revenue growth strategies to boost the precision and efficiency of our services.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in revenue growth, leveraging this knowledge to foster continuous innovation within the company.

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to incorporate revenue growth strategies into the company’s operations.

  • Formulate strategies to address market challenges, inconsistencies, and integration of different revenue streams.

  • Expand Truum’s revenue capabilities in terms of strategy, performance, scalability, and agility.

  • Attract, hire, and retain top sales and marketing talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

  • Cultivate a customer-centric, technologically bold team that drives innovation for customer benefit.

  • Initiate new ideas for revenue growth, automation, and expansion of our market reach.

  • Promote revenue growth by building modular strategic components and simplifying revenue streams across diverse markets.

  • Influence business strategy by understanding critical business metrics and shaping the overall product direction and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS ( REQUIRED)

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a proven track record of building revenue growth strategies for SaaS product in the B2B space.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing revenue growth strategies that have positively impacted business outcomes.

  • Experience in managing and executing revenue growth projects from start to finish.

  • Thorough understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and public cloud technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)

  • Experience with Retail and e-Commerce.

  • Extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of revenue growth strategies with a massive customer base.

  • Proven success in a strategic leadership role with large-scale revenue projects.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision for revenue growth to all levels of stakeholders.

  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment.
